Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer the following shipping options:

• Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)
• Express Shipping (2-3 business days)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

International Shipping

We now ship to New Zealand and the United States! 🎉

• New Zealand: Estimated delivery 3–7 business days
• United States: Estimated delivery 7–14 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain threshold - check at checkout for current offers.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
