We want you and your little adventurers to love your ROHU Kids gear! If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached.
How to Return
- Contact us to initiate your return
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item back to us (return shipping costs may apply)
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or colour, please contact us and we'll be happy to help arrange an exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
